Shake well before use. Close your eyes and spray liberally on to face, neck and pillow. Breathe deeply to allow the soothing oils to appease the senses, release tension and induce sleep. Avoid contact with eyes. If this occurs, rinse well with warm water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
